Privacy Policy

The short version

• Everything you log stays in the app on your device.
• We do not collect, sell, or share your personal information.
• There are no accounts, ads, trackers, or analytics.
• You control exports and backups. Deleting the app deletes your data.

What the app stores

The app saves what you enter: exercises, sets, weights, reps, notes, warm-up, drop, and failure set markers, saved exercises, saved workouts, and your settings (such as weight unit and light or dark mode). This data lives in a local database inside the app on your phone. It is not transmitted to us or to anyone else by the app.

Information we collect

None. The app does not ask for your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or health records, and it does not read your advertising identifier. We do not receive usage data or crash reports from the app.

Backups and device sync

If you turn on iCloud Backup on iPhone, or Google or Android backup on an Android device, your phone's operating system may include the app's data in those backups. That is handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies. We cannot see or access those backups.

Exporting and sharing

The app can export your workouts as a CSV file and can create a shareable workout card. When you use these features, the file is handed to your device's share sheet and you choose where it goes (Files, email, messages, another app). Once you send it somewhere, the recipient's or service's privacy practices apply, not ours.

Purchases

If the app offers a paid version or subscription, the purchase is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your payment details. We may receive confirmation from the store that a purchase or subscription is active so we can unlock features.

Reviews

The "submit a review" option in Settings opens the app's page in the App Store or Google Play. Anything you post there is governed by that store's terms and privacy policy.

Third-party code

The app does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking tools.

Health and fitness information

Workout logs can be considered fitness data. In this app, that data stays on your device. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with data brokers, insurers, or employers. The app does not connect to Apple Health or Health Connect.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area and UK), and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Because the app collects no personal information, there is nothing to remove, but you can contact us with any concern.

Your rights and choices

Because we do not hold your personal information, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on our servers. You can view and export your data in the app, and you can delete all of it by deleting the app (on Android, you can also clear the app's storage in system settings). Backups made by iCloud or Google are managed in your device's settings.

Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU, or the UK), you may have legal rights over personal data. If you believe we hold data about you, contact us at the address below and we will respond.

Security

Your data sits in the app's protected storage on your device and is protected by your device's own security, such as your passcode and device encryption. No method of storage is perfectly secure, so keep your device updated and locked.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and describe material changes in the app's release notes. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
